Rules of Wimble’s workbench

1. Who keeps the workshop

These terms govern your use of windupattic.com ("Windup Attic", "we", "us"), operated by the operator of windupattic.com. Using the site means you accept them.

2. Who may climb the attic ladder

Windup Attic is meant solely for users aged 19 or over. Using it, you confirm that you are 19 or over.

3. Coins in the thimble are virtual

• Every toy in the workshop runs on virtual coins given out free of charge.
• Coins hold no monetary value; they are not money, credit or property in any sense.
• Coins can be neither purchased, sold, withdrawn or transferred, nor exchanged for money, goods, services or prizes. The workshop carries no in-app purchases.
• No prize of real-world value is ever on offer.
• Coins, levels and features may be adjusted or reset by the workshop whenever needed.

4. No real-money gambling under these rafters

Windup Attic does not offer or promote real-money gambling, and no link from the attic leads to a gambling operator.

5. Your rafter peg

• Past the open parade, the music shelf and the telescope both need a free account. One account per person, and it must not be shared.
• Keep your password between you and no one else. Should another person have got into your account, tell the workshop straight away.
• The account page lets you delete your account at any moment you choose. It is deleted on the spot and cannot be restored.
• We may suspend an account that is being used to disrupt the site, or one we believe is held by someone under 19.
• Coins, levels and missions hang on the account, never as your own property, and the workshop may reset them.

6. Fair use of the workshop

Do not attempt to disrupt the site, point automated tools at it, put coins up for trade, or allow anyone under 19 to use it.

7. Broken springs: availability and liability

The site comes “as is”. Any part of it may be changed or withdrawn by us. A malfunction voids all plays and pays. Nothing in these terms limits a liability that cannot lawfully be limited, and your statutory rights are untouched.

8. Law over the workbench

The laws of the Province of Ontario, and the federal laws of Canada as they apply there, govern these terms.
